You all know that face I make when you tell me you have to have a drink every night. If not now you know the “Sam Face”. I have decided to meet you half way, below is info on which drinks are the best for you and which are the worst. Stick to the alcohol on the left and stay away from the ones on the right. Another great trick to keep from getting a hangover is to take some activated charcoal before you go to bed. You can buy this at most drug stores or whole foods. Activated charcoal is also great for when you get food poisoning or stomach flu. I also recommend loading up on some Vitamin C the day of drinking. This does not mean go crazy with the drinking, but it is the holidays and there is a lot of temptation and holiday parties.
