WOW, I stayed up until 11pm New York time 12pm, does that count as staying up until the new year. Happy New year everyone! Here is a little workout to get that heart rate going.

  1. 100 Jump Squats
  2. 100 Jumping Jacks
  3. 10 push ups
  4. 10 burpies 
  5. 100 High Knees
  6. 10 curls 
  7. 10 hammer curls

ROUND ONE DONE!!

The second round of everything stays the same except the reps. All exercises with 100 reps goes down to 90. Everything that is 10 goes down to 9. Do this all the way down to 1 and if you are a super over achiever you will go back up to 10!!!
